Open My Forms → New form. Add questions, set required/validation, pick a theme, then Publish to get a shareable link and QR code.
Share the public URL or QR. Responses are validated and stored; optionally appended to a linked dataset.
Data Workspaces → Import. Upload .csv/.xlsx, preview detected columns & types, then commit. Files are parsed securely on the server.
Open a dataset, add columns (e.g. Manager Feedback), then generate a feedback form mapped to those columns.
Every dataset has an Analytics tab (auto stats + charts) and a Pivot tab for grouped summaries.
Create a dashboard, pick a dataset, add KPI and chart widgets, and save. Layouts persist across sessions.
Export any dataset to CSV or JSON. PDF reports print directly from the Analytics view.
